- Enrollment is for a full term: Enrolling in MStudio150 lessons secures a time slot with the teacher for the entire term, regardless of attendance. Parents, guardians, and students are responsible for ensuring lesson attendance.
- Lesson duration: The individual lesson is 30 minutes.
- Lesson fee: Each lesson costs $30 NZD. Please be aware that this fee may change in the future.
- Term length: There will be 9 to 10 lessons per term, depending on school term dates and public holidays.
- Withdrawal: You can discontinue lessons during the term, but since you have booked and paid for all lessons, MStudio150 is not required to refund any fees.
- Missed Lessons: No refunds will be given for missed lessons. Subject to the teacher’s schedule availability, one remedial lesson per term can be arranged with at least 3 days’ notice of the absence.
- Student well-being: To ensure the student’s well-being, the teacher should be informed of any medical conditions affecting them.
- Student care: The teacher is not responsible for students outside the agreed lesson time.
- Advertising notice: Students and parents agree that, unless written notice is provided to opt-out, MStudio150 may use photos and videos of students participating in lessons and organized concerts or recitals for training or promotional purposes. This includes footage and materials filmed by or on behalf of MStudio150 and re-posts of material already publicly shared by students or parents.
- Copyright: The student/parent/guardian does not make photocopies of any published music materials.
- Payment and Fees: All invoices must be paid in full via bank transfer within 15 days of issuance. Additional costs include the workbook, notation printouts, and recital fees.
- Exam fee: Paid separately by the student.
